BLACK SABBATH
TRIUMPHANTLY RETURN TO NORTH AMERICA
DUE TO OVERWHELMING DEMAND,
“THE END” TOUR
EXTENDED INTO FALL 2016
WITH ADDITIONAL NORTH AMERICAN SHOWS
Due to overwhelming demand, the road to THE END just got longer.
On the heels of their much-anticipated performances in North America, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, BLACK SABBATH will end the epic journey they began nearly five decades ago with another run of North American dates in fall 2016. These shows will follow a mix of summer headlining and festival performances throughout Europe.
The second run of North American dates kicks off August 17 at Jones Beach Amphitheater in New York and includes stops at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles (where the band last performed a sold-out show on their wildly successful 13 world tour in 2014), Chicago, Philadelphia, Toronto, Detroit, and Dallas, among others, before wrapping September 21 at AK-Chin Pavilion in Phoenix, AZ.
The massive 2016 world tour by the greatest Metal Band of all time marks THE END for Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi and Geezer Butler as they close the final chapter in the final volume of the incredible BLACK SABBATH story with this tour. BLACK SABBATH’s THE END farewell tour promises to surpass all previous tours and will feature the band’s most mesmerizing production ever.
When this tour concludes, it will truly be THE END, THE END of one of most legendary bands in Rock ’n Roll history…BLACK SABBATH

How about some really good tickets 4 would be nice to Philly show. ha ha I guess it’s worth a shot.

Need to come south. Atlanta or Nashville
I am taking my 7-year-old son to see Black Sabbath in February at the SAP Center in San Jose. His name is Jakob Iommi Johnson and I am so thrilled to get to take him to see my all-time favorite band and especially Tony Iommi himself, the lefty that inspired this lefty to play music when I was a kid. Appropriately enough, my little Iommi is a lefty too. He wants to make a sign or something so maybe you’ll see him!
How many shows in North America? Answer: 36
How many shows in their native England? Answer: 1
Let’s go where the money is, boys!
Been a Sabbath fan for over 30 years and absolutely disgusted!!
Tony, have you and Geezer ever thought of orchestrating your epic music? Maybe Maneheim Steamroller or the like. Been a fan since the beginning. Never get tired of listening to Black Sabbath. Do a dose every day.

STATEMENT FROM TONY IOMMI …..
Look we’d have loved to do some shows with Bill but it’s not as easy as all of us walking into a room together and going – let’s do it,” Iommi said.
“We have tried it a couple of times in the past with Bill but he’s pulled out at the wrong times really. I’m sure people don’t want us to come on tour and then suddenly Bill walks out.
“We all get on well but we can’t predict what Bill is going to do. If he walks out, he walks out and that’s it.”
IF YOU GUYS GOT ALONG LIKE YOU SAY YOU DO, THEN BILL WOULD BE BEHIND THE KIT ! Quit bullshitting us and cut the crap with Bill and put him back behind the kit where he belongs! And he rightfully belongs!!!
Thanks For the Minneapolis Show. Sitting in the 10th row worked for me. Probably The Best show I have seen. Worth every dime. A Solid 2 hr. Performance I will not soon forget. I thank You Tony, Ozzy, Geezer and Tony C. I grew up with Black Sabbath and will always be listening to your music.
It’s Never Really the End. Say Hi to Greg Dorsett the next time you see him Tony. Take Care, All of you…And Thanks Again.

Tony, thank you for the great show on 2/25/16 at Madison Square Garden. I’m so happy to see you playing on the road again and feeling well. I will also never forget your show with Heaven & Hell on 8/25/09 at the Wamu Theater. It was my first concert! Above all, thanks for the years of great riffs and solos. Peace, and may god bless you always. Safe travels on the next leg of “The End” Tour!
Although time may wear away the stars that perform on stage
The instruments of electricity and thunder tremble in the heavens with fire and rage
It is those men who persevere through trials and tribulation that conquer with guitar shaped like a sword burnished in the sun. The jewels on the hilt of the sword glimmer in the eyes of rock and roll.
Shapes of stone chiseled from red, blue and purple onyx harden in the hands of those mortals that strike the stringed instrument.
A sound that glides over castle walls making the guitar god immortal.
The Tony Iommi Legacy.
Tony, hope you enjoy this inspiring poem. I am glad to see that you look strong and active. Although it is sad to see the process of Black Sabbath coming to a conclusion, your passion to continue playing guitar would ignite a possible flaming solo album. Guys like Tony Martin, Ian Gillain or Glenn Hughes would make sparkling candidates. The main thing is you will not have to worry about the exhaustive touring anymore. You will have ample time to concern yourself with your health and possible solo projects.
God bless.
Vincent.
Tony, glad to see that you are in strong spirits in the experience of your final tour with Black Sabbath. I would like to share this inspirational poem with you: (although it doesn’t rhyme,it captures your greatness)
The sound of thunder echoed across a sterling sky
Diving into crystal streams the osprey captures the black onyx guitar in his mighty talons,
The majestic bird of prey rises with the stringed instrument and carries it to a dizzying height,
Releasing it from its grasp the guitar falls into the hands that met fire and brimstone
He plays the strings that carves a sound where millions of people see him on a stage where history is in a time capsule
Wielding the guitar above his head, Tony Iommi flings the instrument to the osprey where he carries it to a place where many guitar gods forge The Emerald Sword.
Tony God bless, hope your future always captures a beacon of unbreakable hope.
Vincent Sausto

you are may mentor in the guitar.
Best Wishes and a speedy recovery Tony. Prayers for you ..Get Well Soon
I have loved Sabbath since 1970, so I was naturally disappointed that they came nowhere near Atlanta during either trip to US. Sorry I missed you guys.
Toni, you are the Greatest. Thanks for your Music.I wish you aal the Best.
Enjoyed the music well be listening to you for a long time to come and will introduce you to New people every chance I get take care T lol J.S.R.
Brothers, Sabbath is part of our blood and soul, if we are posting here. We know that Toni, Geezer, and Oz are just like us…fans of our music style. Those 3 would be gigging money or not, they live to jam. Bill may be out of the club for me…if the tunes and other fans were number-one to him as well, he would be with his rock-n-roll brothers. I love him yet, but hes hurt all of us! I’ll take the 3 true Sabs.
PS. .On this threads background pic, I see Toni’s minimal pedals, and I’d give anything for his used wah!. . .anyone know what the slimmer white-colored monitor is for? Vocals or bass maybe? I see the set list taped beside the wah pedal so it shouldnt be for that. . .Any ideas?
I grew up with Black Sabbath, I loved the Master of Reality Album. My first introduction to Heavy Metal was pink Floyd Animals, then I fell in love with Sabbath. In high school I drew the Never Say Die Album cover on my note book, wish I still had it. I bought the Epiphone version of the Tonni Iommi guitar, wish I had the Gibson version, I couldn’t afford it if I found one anyway. I used to play Black Sabbath songs, people would say Sabbath is is easy, anyone can play Black Sabbath. The riffs are easy to pick up but to play them right is another story. I love the way Tony plays, has that thick bluesy sound. Went to the Ozzfest in Phila that Marylin Manson opened for, best concert I ever went to. Sad to see Sabbath coming to an end. Sabbath Forever.
I saw you when I was young and now I live in new orleans, the wold of concerts has forgotten us I wanted to see you before the end but that was not to be, may god see all of you a fond and long life, YOU WILL BE MISSED
